Job interview Monday

Meeting with local management and a senior manager for lunch Monday.

Had initial interview via Zoom earlier this week.

Figure what the hell - at least get a free lunch out of it. Never hurts to listen.

Don’t know how serious I would be about the job - I’m just so irritated with everyone including my current employer at the moment.

Guess we see how it goes. #1 thing is who I would be working for - #2 is who I would be working with (client and coworkers). Nice thing about this role it’s 100% solo - no team handling to contend with - so not having to step in and fix others mistakes constantly.

Here's what to do....

First thing right off the bat, unzip your pants and pull.your dikk out and lay it right on the fukkin table.

This establishes two things immediately. One, you're in control of the entire conversation. Two, you're letting them know you aren't going to take any shit.

Now that's out of the way, second thing is you lay it right out there for them so there's no chance they can misunderstand you.

You tell them look I really don't need this fukkin job but I'll listen to what you have to say. Who the fukk would I be working for and who the fukk would I be working with?

When they give you the answer you then say ok how much are you offering me to break my fukkin balls like this for yous?

This makes them see it through your perspective and creates value on your behalf.

When they give you the answer no matter what it is....say if you would consider this number (at this point you give them a number higher than what they offered but not outrageous higher).

No matter what their answer is, tell them you need to think about it. If they ask why, tell them because it's close to the holidays now Yada Yada Yada.

Oh one more thing, a lot of these companies pretend like they actually give a fukk about their employees it's a fukkin joke. One of the things they do now is ask people what their hobbies are.

If they ask you this, reply EXACTLY like this...

Drinkin, Smokin, Gamblin, and all other types of ill shit bra."

This lets know you're a real dude and.not some fake fukk.

Excellent advice - can’t see how I could not get the job unzipping my pants and pulling it out and putting it right on the table

Plus making sure I approve of the other people working under me is essential. Last thing I want is some stupid ass who can’t speak good English or some pimple faced kid with no common sense working the deep fryer under me.

As to how much they are offering - sign out front says $14 an hour - but I’ll be sure to negotiate for more.

Of course I plan on parking my truck across all 3 spaces reserved for McPickup orders too - just to show them I answer to no one and do whatever I feel like - I’ll let them going forward this will be my reserved parking space.
