Chrysler bonus’s are weird. They pay $100/per perfect survey and then pay you in points you use at their store

Thank god I don’t have to worry about those stupid CSS surveys anymore.

Not sure how they are in sales - would imagine somewhat easier as clearly the customer was “satisfied” - but working in insurance it absolutely sucked.

Worst employer I ever had measured both customers and claimants (people not insured by our company) - try getting someone who was “happy” about being in an accident that was not their fault to start with. Better yet - survey was a 1-5 scale - 5 was 100% - 4 was a 0 and 2-3 was a -100 and 1 was -200. You were expected to maintain a .75 - so the math. You get 3 5’s and a 4 - you “met” barely - get anything lower you were screwed. Worse the wording of 5 was “excellent” - 4 was “very good” and 3 was “satisfied” - so people thought 3 and 4 was an acceptable response.

Any deals on a 2024 Ram ? I’m still pondering getting one before they ditch the v8. Happy with what I have - but the ability to be able to sell now for what I paid in 2021 is tempting - all thanks to stupid inflation and buyers who hate what Toyota did in ditching the v8. Again - like, but don’t love and the Ram is so much nicer feature wise. Things like blind spot and air ride sound overkill and wasteful until you have something with those - then you miss it and feel like your driving a horse and buggy driving something without it.

We sold out of 24 RAMs 2 months ago. So if your local dealer has one you better act sooner than later

Thanks Sunshine but there are a lot better posters more deserving than me to pick from, including picking Sammy or JDS.

They are excellent poster, I agree, two of my favorites, but no one could ever argue that you are not worthy of the title, almost any month. Just one poster's opinion. We have a lot of very good posters here.

Agree - looked at it briefly - just not a fan.

Also not a fan of paying 6 digits for a TRX.

Considering just throwing a supercharger on the Tundra and then spending the extra money I save fixing up the ‘71 Chevy project truck I’ve got sitting (or trading the Chevy and cash towards a finished project).

Local dealers still have plenty of trucks on the lots here - tempting to go with features over raw horsepower - but at the same time just something about driving a truck that can blow the doors off some unsuspecting kid in a stock Mustang.
