I have been to all 11 SEA countries and out of the 11 , po, The Philippines is the only one where I I had issues with safety. I have been deep deep in places in Myanmar where it is strongly advised not to go and it is very welcoming and friendly. I have had issues in Ermita and other places in the land of "po" where there have been issues. Not saying something can't happen anywhere because it can. But nonetheless, great country, po.
