That's not my sister. That's my Mother, representing my deceased sister's estate, as she is by default, the heir.
Read the case. The split decision concluded that Kuether Distributing didn't conduct a proper forum when transferring the shares to me out of my father's estate. That's all.
It was a profoundly stupid ruling given that the company went from 3 shareholders to 2 shareholders to 1 shareholders. After all, why would my sister & I need a forum or lawyers to agree to the stock sale already laid out in the Company bi laws? The deciding judge didn't know either.
Who was that judge you might wonder? Just read the case titoe in your link or click mine. She was found half nakked by her crashed car in a snow bank drunk out of her mind. That's the quality of legal mind you get in Minnesota.
But anyway, again, that was not a case about monetary theft, it was about if the Company obligations to hold a meeting for a share transfer still held true even if there were only 2 shareholders versus 3. I don't know why you'd even post that it's so off point to your claim.
