First off, thank you to @JDS for offering this contest and putting up his own personal money.
MUST BE A BMR BALLER or 500 posts to qualify to play
Contest will start Thursday 3/28/2024 and run until September 29, 2024
If I forgot any rules, I will edit post #1 so anyone can refer back to post 1 for any rules or changes.
The minimum plays to qualify will be 100 plays and maximum of 125 plays. Again, this is season long, this is a marathon, not a sprint
ONE BET PER DAY. BEST BET.
You can bet O/U, ML, and even RL. NO REVERSE RL. NO 1st 5 innings. The maximum ML play is -250 and maximum underdog is +250. Risk vs reward.
You can post a play in advance, just type the date for the future play and line/sportsbook you got it from. So if it's 8pm and you want to post a play for the following day, just type the date and day of the week for the play in your post to acknowledge it's a tomorrow play and not today play
All plays will be risking 1 unit on the + odds and risking to win 1 unit on the - side. So high juice players beware. is it worth it taking the -250?? That will take 2-3 days to make up the loss. Gotta love the long term strategy

If there is game 1 and game 2 please note which game you are playing. If you dont and I grade incorrectly that’s on you not on me
Odds can be taken from BMR odds and post the line and where the odds came from
Standard rules for betting baseball. O/U bets must go at least 8.5 innings to be considered graded. ML bets must got at least 5 innings and considered a full game to be graded. Rain outs with be postponed
Action on all the ML bets. So if pitching changes happens late, you are stuck with the action at whatever line you previously posted.
JDS will participate in this contest for fun, and in the event of me winning 2nd 3rd and 4th place will get the prize money. Or if I am top 3 the person below me will move up and cash the prize money.
