Finally called these thieves. Spoke to Harvey, "Tylir", Alex, and Laura (customer support manager). Asked for Phil repeatedly but they wouldn't let me talk to him.

Laura just held the line that management has the right/authority to deem us "non-recreational" at any time and take our balances. When I asked her how management determined that I was "non-recreational", she just said "your history". When I asked her what that means, she just kept repeating "your history". This went on in a loop for a while.

@ggzola, you were right. That was a waste of time.

They use a very simple test now...not as sophisticated as CLV or even comparing lines to the market....and it gives them even more "revenue". All winning accounts are non-rec and should be taken.

Absolutely as crooked as it gets. Wish there was another way to stop new fish from posting up there and effectively just handing them cash.

One thing that "Laura" said:

supposedly the deal that the "new management" made with the "old management" is that the "new management" is not responsible for paying out any "non-recreational" accounts.

So if I want my money, I have to go find the "old management" and ask for it.

Of course, when I asked Laura who the old managers were and who the new managers are, she said she cannot tell me that. :ROFLMAO:

Just used the 855 number on their website. It rang for a really long time and "Harvey" was the first to answer. He was very surprised when I told him that I didn't speak to anyone before him.

I told him Jazz had stolen my $16,533 and I wanted my money. Told him I know Jazz is broke but they can at least re-open my account and make an effort to slow-pay me. I asked to speak to "Phil". Harvey transferred me to "Tylir", who told me that Phil would be back in 10 minutes.

So I called again after 10 minutes and reached "Alex", who told me Phil was in a meeting. He transferred me to "Laura".

BTW, Harvey is born and raised in the USA. The other three are native Spanish speakers, not from the USA.

Also, Laura claimed that the Jazz terms and conditions allow Jazz to confiscate player winnings if Jazz determines the player to be "non-recreational". Just checked here and I don't see that term anywhere.
The T&Cs shall apply up to the point they make common sense. If they write in their T&Cs, in case we mark you as a recreational player, we have the right to harm you physically, does that mean they indeed have that right?
The answer is apparently not.

I mean you shouldn't even search for that term if it exists or not. It doesn't make any sense.

There have been books whose terms state that they can confiscate winnings of "professional" or "non-recreational" players.

The point is that Jazz is not one of them, even though "Laura" said the opposite to me on the phone.

Jazz's terms do state they will confiscate your winnings if they deem you to be multi-accounter or that you have "tampered" with their software.
