Yeah, I am just saying that this is kind of the inevitability of how they do business. They get to the point that they think everybody is stealing from them.

I don't believe they think I "stole" from them.

They can easily look at my account history and see that my plays didn't correlate with those of any other account.

There are no players with five-figure balances or larger who haven't been affected. Your contention is that Jazz believes that anyone who reaches a five-figure balance must be a scammer which, respectfully, is too dumb even for Jazz.

I think Occam's razor here---particularly considering the slow pay period from late 2023 to early 2025 that seemingly everyone experienced--is that Jazz didn't know how to run a sportsbook and couldn't get its finances in order. They resorted to stealing the largest balances first, as any scammer would do.

No, Jazz had that problem in the past. They worked it out. They are bust. They are declaring people winning large balances to be people betting lines and multi-accounting. That is what they have you labeled as.

They labeled me and many others as "non-recreational" sometime in 2024 during the slow pay. They continued paying out, but the delays increased stepwise throughout 2024: first it was 5k per week, then 2.5k per week, then 2.5k every two weeks, then 1k per week, then 1k per every two weeks...

In late January 2025, they were reassuring me that I had nothing to worry about and would pay me "every penny" of my balance. I still have the chat logs. Keep in mind I had been with them for three years at that point and there was zero correlation between my action and that of other clients.

There is simply no way they are stupid enough to believe that the over 20 players they've stolen from are all multi-accounting. I will be surprised if you can find a single player with a five-figure balance who hasn't been affected. They are targeting larger balances to shore up their underwater finances, not to root out people they believe to be "scammers".

Yes and there are more professional bettors than there have ever been and they are in any place they can get in and get money out.

Still don't see how that gives you much insight into how many of these multi-accounters were hitting Jazz specifically. Seems to me five people would be enough to bring down a book with poor security practices. Why you're so confident it's 20+, I don't know.

It does not matter what you were doing. They are profiling you as someone that cheated. That is all that matters. That is what they consider you. They are looking for reasons to stiff you and you meet the profile. That is what happens when a book goes broke.

is bmr doing anything about slow pays? my last withdrawal timed out, then told to ask for money order monday... then that's a costa rica holiday so they say get it tuesday... then i'm told no money orders this week so check back next week... at this point people are just gonna let them steal the balance rather than get jerked around for months

As we’ve talked about unfortunately SB I started seeing alarming trends and posted about it a bit before the timeframe you speak of. A shame too. I used to really enjoy this book.
