Yeah it’s ridiculous for sure, I’ll send an update if I ever get one.Lol. Sounds like they plan on retroactively lowering your wins. This site needs to be shutdown
Thanks punisher. I just sent my own version to them.IMPORTANT: take 2 minutes and send an email to Curacao Gaming Authority (the governmental body that issues online gaming licenses in Curacao, which is what Jazz/Looselines uses to operate these websites).

Copy & paste (add more if you want):
I am writing to inform you of the thefts being committed by Jazz Business Solutions B.V. ("Jazz"), a company that is licensed by Curacao Gaming Control Board under license number OGL/2024/400/0824.
Jazz is stealing money from its players, and closing player accounts without any justification. Jazz is also violating other regulations and requirements for B2C license, including targeting vulnerable players; failing to display license information on its websites; and changing terms and conditions without notice to its player
It is my understanding that Jazz' provisional license is valid through June 28, 2025.
PLEASE DO NOT ISSUE A NEW LICENSE TO JAZZ.
Suprised Phil is still there and is saying things like thisYou can't make this shit up. I asked good ol' Phil about them stealing balances and here was his response:
I want to address the concerns you’ve mentioned. There are some customers engaging in fraudulent activities, and while no one enjoys being caught, they sometimes resort to posting in forums to exert pressure.
It’s worth noting that 98% of reviews for any site are typically negative. When customers are satisfied, they simply continue using the service. The smaller group of unsatisfied players are often the ones posting, either in an attempt to get freebies or to have their specific concerns addressed after committing fraud.
Now, let’s talk about you, my friend. You will get paid like every customer that plays by the book like you have in the past.
What a horrible human being. Ask him which "fraudulent activities" user CJ42400 was engaged in. I'd ask him myself, but of course I've already tried that and I get no response. You can't make this shit up. I asked good ol' Phil about them stealing balances and here was his response:

Brother, I know you're too smart to have fallen for the "new management" ploy.Suprised Phil is still there
Have no clue if Phil is management or just an employee that falls somewhere along the pecking order.Brother, I know you're too smart to have fallen for the "new management" ploy.
If someone was indeed violating T/C, that's one thing. But the only common thread among those affected is likely just winner and large balance. You can't make this shit up. I asked good ol' Phil about them stealing balances and here was his response:

phil@looselines.ag I think your probability of even a response is almost ZERO. The probability of a satisfactory response is even lower than that. FWIW, I tried that option weeks ago when my balance was initially stolen. Crickets.ditto that caramba. Can someone please post Phil's email/how to contact him directly?
I agree with this. They'd have to slow pay, but reopening the accounts and returning funds to the at least 18 players they've stolen from would do a lot to shore up confidence.Stupid management, just pay everyone and then people will come back to deposit; how hard of a concept is this to grasp? This isn't the 1980s or early 90s. Word gets around on the internet/forums DUMBASSES.
OSGA never responded. My password and username still don't work. The thieves at this sportsbook still have my $16.5k.Any updates?
