Earlier this month Jazz unilaterally closed my account and stole $8k from me (they couldn’t give me a coherent explanation and it kept changing). They finally agreed to an arbitration with BMR but I submitted my complaint on 10/17 to BMR, but have not heard back. Anyone else having issues with BMR’s complaint process?

There’s a long line of people waiting on BMR responses. In my eyes they are complicit at this point

BMR did reach out to Jazz today but Jazz rebuffed. I’m happy to post all my email receipts here and start a twitter account detailing all of Jazz’s thefts to blow the top off
Please do whatever you can. The more exposure the better.

We need to signal to the industry that making an effort to slow pay is a superior option compared to outright stealing balances.
