As my case illustrates, this is not accurate.

Was told in email it is still 5,000 but 2,500 a pop per transaction.

So it seems they changed it on the fly

2500 max per withdrawal, 5000 max per week is what it has always been for me....until this week!

Now it's 2500 max per week and maybe more depending on "availability"...but maybe only for my account? Let's see what Ivy finds out.

Update:

As feared, the new payout request has now taken more than the 24-hour maximum that JazzSports promises.

We're at 25 hours and counting. I guess I'll contact customer support and also file a BMR complaint.

Normally it doesn't take that log and I do apologize. As I previously mentioned we are having payout delays at the present time.

We are currently experiencing a high volume of payouts. But as I previously mentioned the payout should be going out this week. My sincere apologies

Sucks you have to wait. However, the good news is I believe Jazz has been making payments this week.

Not sure what the delay is about, but if I had to speculate it may have something to do with the Alphapo payment processor hack of 20m+ in July. I have nothing to base that on as im not even sure if Alphapo processes for Jazz, but that date of the hack and the jazz payments slowing down seem to align.

I think the best the you can do is just leave the payment submitted and try not to think about it, it should come soon. Jazz has been around for over 20 years, so if i were a betting man, I'd bet they get this sorted out and resume their regular payment schedule sooner rather than later
