You should be fine - couple of things to keep in mind:
- Accounting is M-F so nothing is done until Monday (yesterday) and not really then. They work through a que and likely to be Wed/Thursday until they even see your request.
- Since this is a first time request - highly probable they will request verification (ID and utility bill along with selfie holding ID)
- Once this is completed and accepted - typically 24-48 hours until paid.
- Most importantly the tracker is absolutely meaningless - unless it says rejected - it’s still in progress. My first W/D I followed it - realized it didn’t move at all until money was out of my account already - and still did not show complete until the day after I had my money. Don’t swear no movement.
I get it - being a new/smaller book w/d can be a bit stressful at first wondering if you will be paid. They paid me near 5 digits though within the last month. I am prepared to reup there this week - have no worries about their status paying at the moment as zero reports of no pays. They aren’t as fast as some books - but as far as bonus books go - it’s not unusual to have a cap on weekly payout, to have a fee after the first payout monthly for active users or for it to take 4 days as the processor is not owned by the book.
Keep in mind - processing isn’t quite as simple as just sending some BTC from their wallet to yours. For a variety of reasons they need to ensure payouts cannot be easily traced from a specific provider. They send in their request to a processor who likely has other customers too - so they are also at the mercy of that party as to turnaround times. Sounds really simple saying “just find someone faster” - reality is it isn’t that simple. I feel confident they will remain in good standing and wouldn’t worry about the negative chatter some posters continuously spread.
There is a long running thread elsewhere on another forum - and 2 things are clear - at some point some new poster tried to scrounge up a few referral credits with them and got called out on n it and a few people with interest aligned with another bonus book who HAS actively slow/no paid talked them down - while continuing to push a shop that was actively not paying yet taking deposits. Take Internet postings for what they are worth and trust YOUR experience. If a shop remains responsive - it’s generally a good sign.
