Jake Paul vs Nate Diaz official August 5th

Diaz getting old.

He seems to have a lot of plans, from potential UFC to more boxing, for a guy his age.

Not to mention his promotion is also a part of putting this together.

So much fan fare for Diaz that I could see the desire to create a trilogy out of something like this.

But diaz is so old, lol.

Hard to make sense of it as they continue to blurr that line of professional and celebrity boxing.

I think Diaz wants the $ bag from this fight, then complete a trilogy with Conor in UFC and that's it. Maybe one more big $ fight somewhere if there is a fitting opponent.

It takes 2.5 years to get Conor into a fight these days so Nate'd prob retire on that

Paul's biggest advantages against the past MMA guys has been age, size and speed, all of which he'll have edges over Diaz on as well. He isn't technically great though, as Fury showed.

Yup, and this is why Paul books those fights.

But his first actual boxing opponent beat him.

I think this opens it up for more losses or draws to get rematches.

But if he keeps doing it with old guys that aren't boxers by trade, then it just might get real old real fast.

Lets be honest, Paul should crush Diaz. Why the hell would Drake drop a quarter mill on Diaz?
This makes me wonder if there is some type of "arrangement".

If Diaz won, it would make for another huge payout for the next fight.
Maybe these fighters are planning ahead.
