I wonder if half the people who had money on this fight, and mostly bet 'Paul to destroy Tyson', realisedd they were 60 second rounds, each followed by a 6 minute commercial break
Yeah, that should not have been his problem. He fought like Ali but did not train like Ali. He probably did not know how to train like Ali. But he boxed pretty well. It was a legit fight. But Tyson only focused on his strength. That was always his weakness.
It was just a sparring match. He was not in good enough shape to spar.
That was a sad watch. The look in Tyson's eyes walking out to the ring? Then watching him barely even be able to move after 3 2 min rounds? Like edawg said that shit was elder abuse. What is even sadder is that fat chunk of change the books took on Tyson knowing there was absolutely no way on god's green earth he was even sniffing a round.
I thought it was actually a pretty good celebrity fight in the beginning. It was good. They were evenly matched. It was not staged like I expected. They were legitimately trying to win. But they were definitely not knocking the other guy out. They were just trying to last the full match.

Mike made a ton of money though and really the only reason he agreed
Can't blame him at all
As for how bad he looked it has more to do with the drugs & alcohol the last 30 years before cleaning up, more than his actual age wouldn't you agree Baz?
