KVB, with all due respect, is the kind of guy who would have got elected President, then once in office, would have looked at the market, analyzed it, and say..

"I am optimistic about the market in the long term, but see a correction in the short term."

And then done absolutely nothing while countries continued to rape us. He certainly wouldn't have slapped tariffs on anyone.
