Giving my perspective on the topic query:

My thinking process would be the less elimination a sportsbook apply, the more reliable the lines are in reflecting the true outcomes.

Based on this fact and on the sportsbooks I have personal experience with, I would vote for Pinnacle and Bookmaker.

Betonline applies eliminations. However, they support the rebet functionality which eventually makes their lines sharper.

It looked like however they didn't absorb any information in their lines, got exposed and they now try to rescue their boat by applying unpopular to the public measures.

I wouldn't trust their lines at this moment.

I would trust them if they revert their product (as it was few months ago) and decide to drive the markets based on the betting action.

Currently I have been living in Europe where all the sportsbooks eliminate fast and down to 1 euro. They prefer to spend their money in marketizing their product - sponsoring teams/athletes, advertisements etc.
They accept only clients who lose consistently.
They don't care of having a serious and robust product.

So I am in search of serious sportsbooks - offshores look a good place.
