That can help, but the bottom line is that discipline is discipline and if watching fukks you up, you are not disciplined.
There are no degrees of discipline here, but there are many degrees of undiscipline.
The moment the bettor rationalizes doing something because it’s still showing more discipline than some other time, then he is failing.
He should be recognizing that the other time is simply being more undisciplined.
I know discipline can be taught because I have taught people. It’s all part of the psychological aspects that I mentioned in my videos.
There are some people who cannot be taught, and should stay very far away.
This is not for everybody and I think we all, or most of us, know that. A bettor has to be realistic.
