Few threads covering it

JDS and BigJay ,with all of their brilliance, started booking bets with MinnesotaFats on credit. No issues until last month or so.

MinnesotaFats warned them that payments could be slow in December - well ahead of time. JDS knew this but eventually grew impatient and starting smearing him here and demanding interest despite the warning, while BigJay did the same thing. BigJay lost patience and ended up losing a bunch of bets and owing MinnesotaFats money

Turned out that JDS was up $2,000, and BigJay was down $2,000 to him. BigJay tried to stiff MinnesotaFats because of the delayed payment to JDS. Essentially played the "he was going to stiff JDS, so therefore I can stiff him" card. Of course that turned out not to be true

The resolution was that BigJay would just pay JDS directly since they cancel each other out. JDS took heat because he pretended he didn't know about the delayed payments when he in fact did. Also for defending BigJay, who turned out to be a stiff.

BigJay to this point hasn't paid off the full $2k. He also ran away from the forum for a day because he couldn't handle the heat.
Damn...this bitch in everybody's business.

I will now tell my version of the story in full detail.

In mid-October 2025, I placed a $100 NASCAR bet at +1100 odds. Before the bet, he told me that if it won, he would pay me out in mid-November. I agreed to those terms.

The bet hit, and in mid-November he paid me only half the winnings. Four days later on my birthday I reached out and asked for the remaining balance, noting that it would be a nice birthday gesture to receive it then. He sent the rest shortly after, and we were square.

After that, I continued winning bets with him, eventually reaching an additional $2,000 owed. We had a mutual understanding that if either of us couldn’t pay the full amount at settlement time, we would make weekly installment payments until it was cleared. Our settlement number was $1,000.

Two weeks passed with no payments or much communication from him. I informed him that I would start charging interest on the outstanding balance due to the delay.

During our exchange, he mentioned a group of Jewish gentlemen who supposedly owed him around $100K, implying that once he received that money, he would pay me. I responded that their debt to him had nothing to do with what he owed me, and I criticized his overall business practices as disorganized and unreliable. I did not use any slurs I simply referred to the group as “Jews” (plural) in a factual context.

He then blocked me and cut off all communication for additional 2 weeks. With no response or progress on the payments, I decided then I would share my negative experience publicly on the forum as leverage to try to get paid.
