it's a win

but not THE win. the real case hasn't even been started yet. this was all just bullshit to decide if it would be private arbitration or in a public Nevada court system

long way to go for jon in battling the swamp
Yes, Jon Gruden has won a significant legal victory against the NFL in the Nevada Supreme Court. The court sided with Gruden in his lawsuit against the league, blocking the NFL's attempt to force the case into arbitration according to Yahoo Sports. This decision allows Gruden's lawsuit to proceed in court, rather than being settled behind closed doors in arbitration according to The New York Times. Key points about the ruling:
The court ruled that the NFL's arbitration clause, which would have required Gruden to settle his dispute with the league in private, is "unconscionable" and does not apply to him as a former employee.
The decision specifically highlighted that the clause allows the commissioner to arbitrate disputes about his own conduct, which is what is at issue in Gruden's case.
The court also noted that the NFL can change its constitution, including the arbitration clause, at any time, making it an unfair agreement for Gruden.
Background of the case:
Gruden, the former Las Vegas Raiders head coach, filed a lawsuit against the NFL after his resignation due to the leaking of offensive emails he had sent while working for ESPN.
Gruden alleges that the NFL deliberately leaked these emails to damage his reputation and career.
The NFL has maintained that Gruden is solely responsible for the content of the emails and has denied any wrongdoing according to USA Today.
The NFL previously attempted to dismiss the case or force it into arbitration, but the Nevada Supreme Court has now rejected those attempts.
Next steps:
The NFL can potentially appeal the Nevada Supreme Court's decision to the U.S. Supreme Court according to USA Today.
However, it is not guaranteed that the U.S. Supreme Court will agree to hear the case.

Too many loopholes with NFL allowed to change arbitration clause making it really unfair.

Wow. Pretty one-sided arbitration agreement. No wonder it was tossed.

This box comes from a team that I've had many battles with in my career... but also has some of my best friends!

The Denver Broncos have such a rich history, and some of the sweetest gear I have seen!

Thank you Coach Payton and everyone at the @broncos for this incredible box! https://www.facebook.com/share/v/16ZaAaoXQQ/
