Most of the support for Ukraine hasn't even been sent in dollars. It's sent in military equipment and ammo which is taken from our aging backlog, which in turn leads to more and newer versions of both being made right here which benefits our economy.
When Biden sent aid using PDA authority it consisted of things like missiles for air defense, air-to-ground munitions, and equipment for Ukraine’s use of F-16 fighter jets. When it comes to the vast majority of the actual dollars sent to Ukraine in the form of aid which again is only a very small percentage that was voted on and passed by a Republican led congress - since its congress that controls the purse strings. Presidents alone even using PDA can't just send billions of dollars in cold hard cash anywhere without congressional approval.
Ukraine doesn't care about stealing aid money - it's peanuts compared to what the country was making in earth mineral sales before Russia invaded. So where is all this money Dems are "stealing" - and it was Russia who invaded Ukraine, not the other way around.
