Did the police do anything for you?

I ask because we've had break-ins in our neighborhood from the same guy over and over. People have given the police Ring doorbell footage of him with clear picturesw of his face and even his license plate. He lives about 10 miles from our area but comes here to steal.

The police did nothing for months and it just kept happening. Then, the guy broke into a policeman's house (who wasn't home). The next day the robber was arrested.... Kind of stange, huh?

I don't get pleasure about bitching about the police since my best friend is a detective and they have a crappy job but this was messed up.
