I agree with it but it has to be extreme cases. Like premeditated or with some torture or sexual abuse with the murder. Not just for a guy that shoots someone at a bar when they are drunk (that should be life in prison IMO).

yes i agree with extreme cases. cause then i start thinking about people that get wrongfully convicted or whatever. but i agree with what you said
