It can be overpriced, depending on what you’re buying and where. In the day clubs/nightclubs liquor prices are outrageous. If you go off strip, you could still find good deals. You just have to search a little bit older. For example, if you don’t want any resort fees stay downtown at the Four Queens.

But as a tourist staying on the strip or downtown, it's a total dump. A white trash magnet.
