Already thinking about my next meal on Saturday at 1:30 pm lol. Mardi Gras chicken wings from Publix a 20 pieceyou crazy G , whenever i get starving late at night cnt sleep have to have cereal or something or stomach keeps growling

You have to take a sleeping aide, wish I had Xanax or OxyContin lol. I’ll have to just go with a Tylenol PM.theres no way u can sleep with your stomach growling starving or am i wrong

Gym, posting, salt lemon water, I’m training my brain when I’m hungry to watch food review clips & avoid cravings but mentally I can taste the food if that makes any sense lol. I’m gonna pound my favorite slow cooked fall off the bone Madi Gras wings on Saturday 1:30 pm 20 count.Oh my bad for not reading through the whole thread.

Not good. Drinking on an empty stomach is not good for brain cells.idk if this is cheating, but when I fast, I still smoke weed and drink whiskey. Technically whiskey adds some calaroies. But drinking on empty stomach makes me drunk faster and then go to sleep faster.
I think I'm gonna do this after Sunday. Ill eat dinner Sunday night and then take off Monday/Tuesday
