Since I've been tracking everything I eat I've basically completely quit all soda. I drank a lot too. I drink a cup or two off coffee though.
Sometimes I still get it at In N' Out, but my diet is almost added sugar free. Some days the only added sugar I have is a gram in my cheerios.
For example, on October 3rd I ate over 3000 calories and had only 2 grams of added sugar...1 gram in my cheerios, and .5 grams twice in a two tablespoons of ranch dressing.
Talk about discipline. When I feel like a coke, I just remember what it will do to my charts, lol.
