Well, the damn thing is headed our way.

Just spent 4th of July helping my inlaws prep in Brownsville.
Now I'll be spending today/Saturday prepping rent houses in Corpus Christi.

Looks like it might be a Cat 1 if it hits Brownsville but might get bigger quickly if it moves up the coast a little.

Yeah.... Tell that to the people of Rockport, Texas when they were hit in 2017 (hurricane Harvey).
Wiped out the community. Some people are still rebuilding, 7 years later.

Missed us. It went farther East and then farther North up the coast so we were spared. No wind, no rain, no damage.

The people 180 miles North of us in Houston area were not so lucky. They are getting hammered this morning and flooding bigtime.
