Getting down is what's important. Some software makes it harder, but we've had bigger obstacles to getting down than some extra software clicks.

In the end I don't care about the software if you'll let us play, and pay us if we win.

75% for me it matters
A nice software is appreciated but is very low on the list of priorities.

Only broke hamburgers who micro bet (with a micro penis) care about software.

Is cutting a cock-hole slit in the front of your sweat pants and opening up the front toe part of your loafers considered a software improvement webber???

It's a lower priority except for when Live Betting. For that I need a clean app and a fast one. More often than not I use FanDuel (blazing fast relatively) for Live Betting. Most of the offshore books' live betting interfaces seems like something out of 2007 and Web 2.0. Then you have DraftKings, which have a ton of great live betting options but is the slowest domestic app in the Universe (Desktop is ok).

Yeah, when stuffing accounts, LIVE betting or even pre game, sometimes we try to move fast and that can be tough to do with bullshit software holding things up, not to mention the intentional delays and reviews from risk management. It requries special attention, like more people, and after awhile you do get the feel for which order to place which types of bets.

Sometimes you have to hit the slower ones first, which isn't bad as the slower ones tend to move faster or see the money coming because they are watching other, bigger books. By hitting them first they don't see it coming.

So that's a beneficial side effect that's a direct result of the industry's level of sophistication on the bookmakers side.

A lot...some books make it so damn tough just to find things
Exactly. Perfect example... Bookmaker lists MLB games by League with inter-league games listed last. WTH???? Betonline lists them by start time (perfect), easier to quickly find the game you want.

Try to find a soccer game that's not EPL on Bookmaker... There is no search function so you have to scroll through dozens of links to find the game.

bonuses and payouts matter more. But software does matter. I wish books would just have simple interfaces. I can't think of one time when a book upgraded their software and it was an improvement.
