How many beers a week do you have?

sooo this was me last night....this was my 1st "drink" of the night. Had 2 more after this

I'd say I drink about 35-40 drinks a week

i will also say I am cutting down from 7 nights a week to 5 nights a week drinking. So far in January I have stuck to schedule and Wednesday/Thursdays are my nights off based on my schedule and I have stuck to it

eventually I want to get down to 3-4 nights a week. Small steps

I’ve always got all kinds available for whatever the occasion, for all of my friends & family. I’ve even got extras in the closet to replace the beer fridge beers…..

Yeaa i wont be shy. There are some nights where performance is not top level due to alcoholic decisions i make

i sleep like a baby every night. Im the type that shuts my eyes and im out.
