Well I'm usually touting Betus but they did some shady ass shit today. They email me a bonus offer of 85%. After I deposit they say they can only give me 35%. The rep apologized and admitted they were in the wrong but they still wouldn't honor the 85%. That's breaking a cardinal rule in my book. Don't make a bonus offer and then rescind it after the player deposits. Not only that, but I deposited 2k and they only credited $1935 into my account.
I don't want to file a complaint. Just giving the forum information. Even after you confirm a bonus with Betus in writing, they may not honor it.

I would fight for the bonus and have them escalated it. The whole premise of me depositing was base on the bonus amount.

And this bonus they are offering you is still lower than the upper limits of their bonuses, like a welcome deposit.

Trust me I tried. I had them speak to upper management but the answer was still no. My account manager literally said, "Everything you are saying is right. We are in the wrong. But management still wont approve the bonus."
It is what it is. I'm over it. I just wanted the forum to be aware of it.

If they are not honoring their agreement then they are more like a C book. At that point how is this different than say, you have a 1x rollover than turns into a 10x rollover because you e changed our mind.

35% FreePlay we can get almost anywhere.

They said they would allow me to withdraw it. So that's good. Instead, I left it in and immediately gave it to them. Not so good. But that's on me.
I've never had a problem getting paid by them. They just need to honor their bonuses.
