How big are most offshore sportsbook?

When we compare to stuff like DraftKing, Fanduel, MGM? ($10-30b) How big are offshore operations? I would guess book families like BOL, and Bookcris/bookmaker would all be in the billions.

But I wonder would places like betanysports, gtbets, betus be over $1 billion.

Total guess here. I think BOL and BM dwarf all the other offshores. I think they do far more business than any US books too. Shops like betus probably do more business than the US books but not as much as bol/bm. Books like GT, Skybook, youwager are all comparatively small.
Would love to hear from someone who isn't entirely speculating like me
