growing up my mom ALWAYS had an herb and veggie garden, still does. its definitely very refreshing having fresh food, but also just being able to walk outside and get whatever you wantI second that! Haha.But if given a chance I also want to do gardening. Growing your own veggies, do the harvest and able to eat them fresh is such a great feeling.
i dont have any fruit trees myself, but my mom has a few mango trees she's grown. she also has a banana and avocado tree! I love her garden because she has a bunch of butterflies living in it too. I'm out in south florida by the ocean so I don't have to deal much with the mossy oaks, only in certain areas, but the snakes on the other hand are another thing. i dont mind them as long as they they leave me alone and vice versa
I was 20 miles from gulf 1 hour north of Tampa and 1 hour west of Orlando but worked in Orlando. It was a beautiful location. Ever go to "the Freezer" in Homosassa?? Had the best shrimp in Florida. Right on the Gulf it is a seafood bar that use to be a warehouse so it is like a freezer. Food was amazing but always crowded.
