i played a ticket on a william hill shop and i have a problem whit 1 game that needed to play yesterday 23/04/2015 00:00 Deportivo Saprissa-Universidad de Costa Rica this is what the machine was showing.ok all my other games that i played that day they won i went today whit the ticket to collect my money and surprise they cant find this game the guy from there call to some costumer service but they say to me i need to wait until tommorrow.i came home looked for the game and this game is goin to be played on sunday 26/04/2015 3:00 PM.the game was not postponed or something this game is going to be played on sunday so why the machis put this game that is going to be playes on the 23/04/2015 00:00 AM.are other guys whit the same problem can someone give me some advice.ty

Not sure what you need advice about?? Wait for the game to be played and then collect winnings after if the bet wins.

William Hill probably forgot to update the game time on their system as it may have been changed either due to cup competitions affecting fixtures earlier in the season or perhaps because of TV viewing rights.
