Heritage Sports book Being Racist to Me

What’s up guys. I made my account here over a week ago. They gave me the $500 free bet on a $500 deposit and I got my balance up to $5,000. I submitted my payout on Saturday because I read that heritage pays out 1k per day on weekends. My payout was canceled and I was told to submit the request on Monday. I submit the request on Monday, says max payout is 3k in tbe cashier. Payout gers cancelled again and I get denied saying my max payout is 2k, and 5k max a week. I go to live chat and they start being racist. Telling me I’m a risk. Treating me differently than everyone else. Tired of this man. I don’t know why I’m getting treated because of the color of my skin.

Probably it too. But I will say it is known in the industry that women and minorities tend to get looked at more closely when winning at a sportsbook larger than the norm. They don’t really confirm his allegation but if I were a betting man I would bet he’s got some truth to where he’s coming from.

I didn't really detect them being racist either on this, but they are part of the growing trend of books looking for excuses to slow pay at every opportunity. Their POV on risk is so few accounts are winning accounts that it must be a risk because you had a good run.

These book don't want to offer bonuses, then don't, but if you do and a player finishes their roll and they come out on the plus side, pay them. There wouldn't have been any issue if he lost the entire deposit. Cutting payout limits after a successful roll is just plain despicable. The risk wouldn't have been there if the balance was 0.00.

I've been around this industry for over 2 decades "lil homie" you are dead wrong about the reasons they are slow paying you. Stop the fuckin' bitch made because I'm black charade.
