Well considering myself and Le Martin can't even get an account there and dealt with their shitty sign-up sales customer service not once but twice, they are not too bright as they are missing out on their site being promoted by her and I on this site and on our Podcast. Their loss. I have have active open accounts at all the top books and have for years doing offshore since the mid 1990s. I tell posters the good and bad of all my experiences and post many of my reloads with tickets. Heritage don't get that opportunity. My name don't start with the initials JJ and I don't shill for anybody. Matt can say don't take it personal but if you are in the Book business than Book. Like I said Heritage's loss.First I ever heard of such a system.
Sounds like they check sign up info against a shared blacklist.
So what would someone need to do for one book to want to warn others via a blacklist?
- deposit scam, charge back
- multi account fraud
- customer service abuse over some dispute
probably other reasons.
Exactly......you are in the Book business than Book...........
Doesn’t make sense with bookmaker, their sign up bonus relative to rollover is crappy,Heritage has been denying a lot of new sign-ups in the last few months. My guess is they were getting hammered by new accounts for the 100% sign up bonus and decided to severely limit who they allow to sign up. Bookmaker has adopted a similar policy.
I can see where it becomes difficult for a sportsbook to decide who is a legit player and who is a multi-account. I don't know what Heritage's guidelines are for figuring this out but they look to be too stringent.
There's lot of sportsbooks out there. Just choose a different one.
Thanks for the follow-up and letting us know.Sorry for the late follow-up reply on this but was busy all weekend long. Saw that Heritage emailed me back on Saturday with their reason why I could not sign up.."The reason your signup attempt was denied is because Heritage Sports is no longer accepting new signups from Canada. Sorry for the confusion. Good Luck to you wherever you decide to play."
Why didn't they just tell me that in the first place..heh (if that's that's the real reason). Guess you just have to take them at their word. Some posters have also stated this as well with regards to not accepting any new Canadian customers.
No problem, that's what this forum is all about and thanks again for your insight and feedback. Thanks for the follow-up and letting us know.
Thanks for the reply. Yea I just emailed them back and flat out asked. They didn't reply back to me with an answer until four days after the fact but at least I got a "valid" reason. In your case it was the Canada reason, but there have been others from the US who have been denied.
Maybe it's certain states or something.
Other people were not given reasons.
