Heritage Playing Unethical Games with Me

Hello, I’ve never posted here before but I’ve certainly kept up with numerous different posts for the past few months. I decided to take BMR’s recommendation and head to Heritage. Unfortunately I’ve come to realize this was a big mistake. To start, I made a total of 4 deposits. Each was about $500. I took the 100% percent bonuses on the first. Then the 50% percent on the next three. On my final deposit I ended up winning. I made a second wager the following day going all in and won again. I noticed the next day my wagering limits went from $1,000 to $250. I also noticed my lines when from 10 cents on baseball and 20 cents overall, to 30 cent lines universally. I called and threatened to go to SBR and my limits went back to normal the following day. On that day I won another grand, and was cut to $500 max wagers. Now I’m getting the runaround with my payout. I submitted my first payout for $3,000 and was denied stating my limit was only $2,000. It was confirmed by their customer service agent that management set my payout limit to $2,000. I’ve now been waiting over 48 hours for my first payment of $2,000. To show I wasn’t hit and running, I still had another $2,000 in my balance. Made a $600 wager and lost. Still haven’t gotten paid. In total I’m up in profit about $1800. With a total balance of $3,800. Just really scummy and shady moves. Won’t be playing again. I’ll let you guys know when I get paid.

Update, I just spoke to a supervisor. My account was set to $2,000 payout limit every two business days. Not on weekends. Reason was based on my profile. Imagine that. I'm not getting paid basically until next week. So it will be almost two weeks total by the time I get paid a measly $3800. After depositing a total of $2,000.

I think it's important I add my wagering style. I only bet on MLB money lines. Half of my wagers were dogs and the other half were favorites. I did about 15-16 wagers in total before my rollover was complete. Average wager was $500 due to my limits changing constantly.

You probably pissed someone off threatening them. You win, they limit. But they pay (usually quickly too) and I don't think anyone else here is worried they won't.

I think the biggest concern people should have, is having their lines changed mid rollover along with limits. I had no choice but to threaten them after they did that. When they did that, I had $6,000 left of my rollover. Before they did that I never complained or contacted them.

Never knew Heritage to play any games with the line set - they will absolutely move lines on you and reduce limits (especially on new accounts) - but 20/30 cent line sets - that’s a new one on me.

Weekend limits on payouts have been 1k for a long time.

Personally - they are ok - but I’m not using this year as took them up on last 2 50% free play offers - bet a future and they won’t allow me to re/up sans deposit without counting the RO from those 2 deposits towards any future withdrawals of funds won using freshly deposited funds.

Threatened to go to SBR with the complaint - you might want to rethink that one as a. SBR is “legal books only” these days and does not cover offshore and b. Optional has a history of being biased against the current Heritage management and telling people how horrible they are (not that his opinion means jack shit - as has been demonstrated regularly).

Overall - they are ok. Safe - some nice promos - but not exactly welcoming to winners. Take it as the badge of honor it is having them say your a winner and cutting your action and explore more winner friendly books.
