I mean, this is not a bad promo if you like the casino side of things but just thinking this thru...it isn't a rebate since you only get FP on net losses so I don't think this is +EV. Effective it cuts your losses roughly in half, assuming the FP is worth about 50%. Just basically cuts the house hold.
