So i have been trying to add a new credit card to my account since this morning. I have been unable to because of an error message. I have sent in the forms so Heritage can verify it's my actual credit card. I have been on live chat 3 times talking to 3 different people JP, Kim, and Gabe. So after chatting with them and following there steps of what to do, sending in forms etc.. trying to add the card, looking for a button to upload the forms.. which doesn't exist, Gabe tried to do everything for me, but kept getting an error message. There new software is complete garbage!!! The site doesn't load correctly. I am 99% done with them, unless I hear something from them I am done with them.
