I have not contacted them. If you've dealt with their customer service than you know it wouldn't be helpful. From what I gather this is what you can expect if you're up on them. I asked around and two others reported the same limits.
Crazy how fast this book has fallen. Only a few months ago I would have rated them in the A range.
