Why am not surprised that in a thread with potential eclipse pictures Sammy manages to post two selfies wearing the glasses, but no eclipse.

What was the big deal? A lot of people looking at the sky today in Santa Barbara, I had no idea what was happening. Some guy offered me his glasses to look at the sun, I said no thanks.

I also don't get the hype on the eclipse. I mean, it's nice to witness it in your backyard, but I'm not going to take extra effort to see it.

I can go into depth about this but I will give you some ranges

He possibly can rise in eastern Suffolk County, Island NY, from 2039-2042 between 4-7am.

He possibly can rise in Western Mozambique in 2040-2042 in the late evening

He possibly can rise in Egypt in the early part of 2051

He possibly can rise in central Ecuador in 2067-2068

He possibly can rise in Guyana in the fall of 2029

The most likely place for him to rise somewhere in India in 2059, that is the most likely one.
