They shouldn’t need a time to review when you were at the kiosk.
Facial recognition should be sufficient - once they know WHO you are - they can instantly pull up and see EVERY transaction you’ve made at a kiosk with them.
Honestly - I doubt it does any good, but depending if you have a host - they might do something for you as a courtesy. But just saying “I lost my ticket and it’s a winner” is unlikely to get you any real help. Tickets are bearer instruments - no different than losing cash and asking the government to replace it.
