i liked miami better with the opening line at 4.5, however, heat are home where they thrive. 76ers are 1-4-1 ATS in their last 6 meetings in miami. Embiid is out tonight too (but should return for game 3.)

i usually don't like spreads higher than 5, but i personally think Miami could cash with the -7.5 tonight

The sixers are gonna have to shoot ALOT of 3 point shots with Embiid out….my guess is they will. If Niang and Furkan are hitting those off the bench they can win. Maxey has to get the cup, Tobi has to be in mid range game and hopefully harden can find the open guy while getting to the free throw line for himself

Lol. I’m certain it is. However, take note of all the things I said they must do to win. Those are likely not to happen. If you saw a game about a month ago, the sixers beat the heat without Embiid and Harden, just that way. Maxey had a huge night and role players hit 3’s. I know playoffs is a different story but I’m looking for a way they can steal one in Miami because I think Embiid will be back for gm3

i'll definitely keep an eye out for what you pointed out. honestly when i saw the line movement to 7.5, i was hesitant on laying that on the heat. the -4.5 was much more appealing. But with the heat at home during playoffs and embiid out, i can see the heat dominating. like you said, playoffs are different. best of luck to you though, i will keep you in mind tonight

They shot 34 three pointers and made 6. Just terrible. Offensive rebounds and poor 3 point shooting doomed the 2nd half.

Very frustrating on their end for sure. But things should switch soon for you guys with embiid back. Should be a closer more interesting game then

Sixers depth is a problem. Deandre Jordan gets abused on the defensive end. They just run pick n roll at him and he can’t move. Niang and Danny Green looked shot and they need those role players to step up with the big guy out. It’s only one game but I did not like that 4th quarter effort.
