i cant believe most of you guys got the shot(s)
not from a "you are stupid" standpoint, just a "i had you pegged wrong" standpoint
no, i didnt get any shots
before i got the first shot back in april 2020, i was already (and still am) immunocompromised due to a health condition and also knew i would need a hospital stay at some point either in late 2020 or 2021, so i figured i had nothing else to lose at that point by getting 'vaccinated'... i.e. health was/is bad and i was also afraid of potentially catching it in the hospital... like the old saying goes, the best place to get sick is in the hospital.
anyway, i wouldn't have done it though had i been in good health with no need for a hospital stay at some point in the near future.
personally, i don't feel there's enough real data yet to know for sure of its effectiveness and of course its long-term effects, plus the fact that it's not a true vaccine is very concerning. and goes without saying that i'd never allow a child of mine under 18 y/o to get one. no way no how.
that said, i'm not necessarily an 'anti-vax' person, but i need to see real evidence and hard data first. for example, true vaccines for things like polio and tetanus i don't have problems with.
