If you go to the brick & mortar it will take you much longer to be limited. I get it though it’s 2025 nobody is strictly betting in person anymore. I’ve done it a few dozen times in the last year fun experience feels old school dropping stacks of cash on the table hoping to double up minus the juice.
I tried that one. Basically Hard Rock is mirroring what the Vegas shops do...you can bet main markets and halves, but little else. I made the pain in the ass drive from Orlando over to Tampa a few months ago to see what their "sportsbook" looks like in Tampa. What a joke...not even a setup with screens to watch the games. The app and their brick and mortar shop are not connected. I went to initially figure I would bet some NBA props and fund my app with cash. Nope. Can't do either. Offerings in person are main game and halves. Vegas is basically the same...Bet MGM has some very beatable NBA props on the app, none in person. I didn't see those at the Kiosks either.
Another gem last trip to Vegas a week ago (ran the Vegas half marathon...highly recommend for any runners...incredible event on the strip)...stopped in the MGM book to place the lowest -EV bet I saw on the board to get a couple drink coupons for a $100ish bet. Nope, $500 now for a drink coupon. Ticket writer basically apologized to me for it, not his call. Said he heard the Venetian was $1K. WTF happened to that town. Headed over to Red Rock the next day...no problem. Go to the locals joints. Plenty of nice stations properties.
