Well, seeing as how I'm making the traditional South Philly meal for New Year's, I'll be drinking wine all day for sure.

To celebrate midnight, I'll pop a bottle of champagne or prosecco which is Italian champagne.

A baked ham, two different soups bean and vegetable beef barley. Both contain the bones. The bean uses ham bone. Then pasta of choice.
