We always have a great crowd of kids come through the neighborhood (except during covid). Usually around 150-200 kids come through.

I used to dress up as Frankenstein with bloody face makeup and the whole outfit. Not this year. Going to chill and just pass out the chocolate.

What about in your area?

150-200 kids?! thats insane. where i grew up, it was similar to that. very big throughout the neighborhood.

where i'm at now, it's a small gated community. probably have like 8-10 kids in here max id say. but i'm going to hand out candy to them for sure! prior to that is halloween happy hour though :)

Our neighborhood is a big draw for kids. Families from other neighborhoods and even the nearby town come over to our area and drop their kids off to get candy. The main street into our neighborhood gets lined with cars from other areas for blocks. Traffic is bad. They have a cop at the entrance to help direct traffic.

One guy built a haunted house for little kids in his front yard. It gets bigger and bigger every year. He shows Halloween movies there on a massive blow up screen on the two weekends before Halloween. Dozens of people bring lawn chairs to sit outside and watch the movies.
