Holy fukkin shit that hurts to watch.

Truth be told, I've had 3 surgeries on the shoulder, no rotator cuff issues. I've had a bankart repair, rf, then opened it up, all for dislocation issues.

I've done so much rehab that I'm an expert as well.

I am currently far from what you just did, lol, even with no weight at all, for many different reasons.

Took two months off until yesterday. Going back to basics with pulley internal and external rotation, now that the elbow can likely handle it. Stuff I posted last year.

A/C issue is on other shoulder, getting an MRI, it seems weird. Newest issue on surgery shoulder is different, not surgery related really. Those surgeries were decades ago.

Something not right though. Can't do the bar with inclined bench, something slips a bit.

No matter how much I lock that shoulder back and down, I will never lift a dumbell over my head with my right arm like you just did. I could do much of it, but not all of it. Well maybe I could do it, but I know better than to try, lol.

Between excercises earlier this year, I was constantly putting my arms in external rotation and raising them over my head, like back against the wall and touching the wall style, to "reset" my shoulders.

Put that doesn't help my current issues, it's just a good thing for me to do.

yeah this one not for you KVB.

for guys without issues now, to prevent them down the road

if you take 100 healthy pain free dudes put them under an MRI

about 60 of them will show some significant partial thickness tearing of at least 1 of the 4 RTC tendons

just waiting on wear and tear or one awkward shovel full of snow (Sammy)

External rotation is what you want with any kind of resistance push away from your body and up. Watch anybody that misses a weight and you will see the body break inwardly.

External underhand Incline bench in my future.

Hopefully start with dumbbells, but I'll have to check it out.

Not going to be much weight to start, I'm sure, but to watch myself progress while doing underhand inclines and bench too, if dumbells, will be pretty cool.

I will go from nothing to something and it will feel pretty good, to be honest. From struggle to adding weight will be an accomplishment.

Underhand palms up bench screws the shoulders into place it is and under used exercise.

I've never seen anyone do it at out planet fitness. Not on any hour or shift and I've been at all hours.

Never seen anyone do an underhand bench.

Only ever saw 2 other guys than me using decline bench.

But I stopped that. I think the other two engage the chest enough. Rumor has it decline makes boobs, lol.
