Want to see Jerky and Fatty do a 20 rep set with the 60lb dumbells and throw them because they are too light and walk out with two dime piece Milfs under theirs arms along with the sheet pizza from planet fitness! We need a photo of Jerky and Fatty at a restaurant together eating prime rib.
Oh shit.
Poor me one, the last three days have been madness in my fukkin office.
I have papers everywhere. Three screens, a laptop, and an ipad all going. I'm pacing around talking out analysis to others in the house. Walking around with a clipboard and an ipad like a fukkin basketball or football coach.
All the while on constant headset and speakerphones...that's right, sometimes multiple speaker phones.
This happened for more than 12 hours each day. I am fukkin burned out. Do I watch the games? Yeah, I saw them. But I watch LIVE line screens, tons of them, as they are faster than the streams which are faster than the TV.
Poor me one, my friend, I need it.
Well, hell. I hope you eased into it KVB.Heading to gym tonight for first time since Jan 3rd.
But January 3rd was the first time since October 15th.
Injury and illness has kept me away.
But now, after these last five days, including today's analysis, I simply have to get back to it...
Some elliptical and core workout should reset me a bit and get me back on track.
Still very tentative with the elbow, feel like it's going to take a full year to recover from.
Here's to not hurting myself.

Yes Planet Fitness is very affordable with solid amenities, glad you are taking advantage of it like I do.Probably heading back over there to lay on the water massage beds for a bit.
But not too sore, just did some cardio. Will do more tonight and moving forward. So yeah, easing into it, but eventually won't be able to avoid that soreness.
I am aiming to do each excercise for :60 and eventutally :90 seconds per set, wtih 3 sets each.

I'm starting each excercise like this from the ground up, so beginning with some pretty light weights once I get to the machines.
I only do 80 lbs on the leg press myself, always afraid of poppin’ something in my lower back.Just did the first leg workout trying to get my weights down.
Did each of these for 60 seconds x 3 sets each. This is the very first time with this method and I’m definitely easing into it. …
Leg Press 50 x:60
Calf 45 x:60
Leg Extension 30 x:60
Leg Curls 45 x:60
Not ashamed of these light weights, they’re much less than what I was lifting when I was doing 15 reps.
Let’s see how I improve.
Recovery with a leg massage…

TUT is the way to go.I am seeking TUT… “time under tension“ here,
not reps
I think I’m going to be pretty sore. I haven’t done anything like this in months.
Fawked up my shoulder.
Agreed TUT is so much better for the older dudes in the gym which includes myself. Sorry about your injury, such a major setback and you were on a nice 6 month run there.TUT is the way to go.
I was doing TUT for about 6 months with really good results. Then stopped working out for a while. Decided to get back into it, but was lazy and wanted to be a quick workout, so upped the weight to bang out quick reps and be done with it… Fawked up my shoulder. Haven’t been able to workout since. Need to go see a docter.
