It's literally two handfuls of nuts and a few strawberries.

Great thing to reach for when I have the munchies.

If I still need to munch, I poor some multigrain cheerios and toss strawberries and/or banana on that with a little nonfat milk.

That tends to work and is pretty fukkin clean.

I was worried in the fall with what I was going to do when berry season ends.

But here California, berry season pretty much never ended. Those strawberries above are pretty good and they'll only get better into the summer.
