Yes. And Bell’s pit boss really screwed him pitting him from the lead after the second stage break with under 20 minutes to go on the clock. Think the restart came under 15 minutes and one more caution milked even more time off the clock.
He restarted back in 13th instead of on the lead. Wasn’t worth it just to put the slicks on, especially since navigating through that single-file traffic was so sketchy. He only made it halfway through the field before he got wrecked
