special places , people will make a Michelin type excursion for.

a mall experience with 115 gas pump kinda destination.

Probably a good 30 years ago Atlantic City was the place to be. It was either Atlantic City or Vegas for legalized gambling. Nowadays everyone has casinos in the backyard so AC has really gone to shit. You go block or two off the boardwalk you're in some shady areas

Developers pushing out the poor, buying up the land, and putting housing on it.

Only a matter of time before it's untouchable for most.
