Interesting you should post this. I follow a YT channel of a guy that spent the last 9 years in the Philippines but recently moved to Thailand. He went on about some of the things in the PI that bothered him.
He mentioned how the Philippines contributes 1/3 of all plastic pollution in the world. He said part of the reason for that is because they have little single-use bottles for so many things.
